Inspired by the soft, unbleached tones of natural cotton fields, Kapas Vanila reflects the quiet elegance of natural cotton in its purest form. It is woven on traditional Indian handlooms using 100% natural cotton in both the warp and weft, preserving generations of weaving wisdom that lives on through our skilled artisans.

Nature Inspired Weave

The shirt features the ancient Chataai weave—a basket-inspired handloom structure celebrated for its rich, structural texture, superior breathability, and lasting durability. This heritage weave cannot be rushed or replicated by modern mass-production, giving every single shirt its own distinct, authentic character.

The Luxury of Time

From preparing the raw yarn to the meticulous hand-weaving and final tailoring, the journey of this fabric takes nearly 3–4 months. To preserve the rarity of this weave and natural shade, only 30 shirts are crafted in every batch.

Chataai Weave draws inspiration from the timeless geometry of traditional woven mats. Its basket-inspired structure creates a naturally textured fabric that promotes airflow, adds strength, and offers exceptional everyday comfort. Every metre is patiently handwoven by skilled artisans, preserving a heritage that cannot be replicated by modern mass production.

Do not soak the garment for long periods.
Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals.
Do not wring or squeeze the fabric.
Dry in shade and avoid direct sunlight.
Warm iron on the reverse side.
Do not tumble dry.
