Refund policy

We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We offer 100% of the product price as refund after receiving the product in unused condition.

1. 7-days return or exchange period - shirt must be unworn, unwashed. Returns are inspected before refund. Damaged / incorrect products must be reported within 2 days. We request you to share the unboxing video of the product to the support team in case if it is damaged.

2. Return Process

● If you want us to arrange pickup. Please click and share pictures of the shirt(s)  before and after packing and hand over to the pickup person when they arrive. Free returns and exchange for prepaid orders only. 

● If we can't get the shirt picked up from your location, then you must ship the shirt back at your own cost within 2 weeks of the raising the return or exchange request. Upon receiving it, we will issue a refund of ₹200 for the courier charges spent by you.

3. Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed via UPI to your bank account. Banks may take up to 2 business days to process it. If delayed, contact us at guruvastraindia@gmail.com or ping us at +91-8821072188

How to Initiate a Return:

Step 1. Please inform and get approved the return via Email -guruvastraindia@gmail.com or  WhatsApp : 8821072188, 91 11072188

Step 2: Pack the product and make it ready for the pick up at your address. In the rare case of unavailability of reverse pickup, we will inform you to ship returns via courier to address: GURU VASTRA, B4 205, Shubh Labh Valley,  opp. Lav Kush Vidya Vihar school, Bicholi Hapsi road, Sanchar Nagar, Indore, MP - 452010.

Note:  Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
