Refund & Return Policy

Our guidelines and procedures regarding returned purchases and refunds at Guru Vastra.

Refund policy

We have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We offer 100% of the product price as refund after deducting the shipping and payment gateway charges.

Refund amount = Amount Paid - Forward Shipping - Reverse Shipping - Payment Gateway Fee (3% of order value)

1. 7-days return or exchange period - saree must be unworn, unwashed. Returns are inspected before refund. Damaged / incorrect products must be reported within 2 days.

2. Return Process

If you want us to arrange pickup. Please click and share pictures of the saree before and after packing and hand over to the pickup person when they arrive. Forward shipping and reverse pickup cost of ₹300 each, Total = ₹600, will be deducted from the refund amount in this case.

In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway charges of 3% will be deducted alongwith shipping charges.

If we can't get the saree picked up from your location, then you must ship the saree back at your own cost within 2 weeks of the raising the return or exchange request. Upon receiving it, we will issue a refund or dispatch an exchange. Forward shipping cost of ₹300 will be deducted from the refund amount in this case.

3. Refunds - Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be processed via UPI to your bank account. Banks may take up to 7 - 10 business days to process it. If delayed, contact us at info@maahishmati.com.

4. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
